  • What kind of labour market mode is being created in the Czech Republic?
  • What factors are important in this process?
  • What social consequences are connected with it?
  • What role do public and social policy have in the above mentioned connections?

Identification of the operation of the „labour market mode“ as an integrating mechanism and factors, which creates it, with the respect to the role of institutions and integrating policies at the labour market. By operation we mean relatively large scale of factors, conditions and mechanisms, as well as consequences of the dynamic position of various population groups at the labour market. The results may be interpreted in the context of social exclusion research and social inclusion and factors of exclusion/inclusion, in the context of new social disparity development. Furthermore, they can be interpreted in the context of social state and its reaction to new social problems, including application level (problem formulation, policy evaluation and recommendation).
