Active employment policy and employment office services are greatly oriented to the job offers, but in a much smaller rate they pay attention to the demand (of the employer institutions), which is pointed out by directors of some employment offices. But the employer institutions, however, play an important role when fulfilling the aims of European employment strategies and National action employment plan, which is derived from it. Two pillars of the European employment strategies are even oriented directly to the employer institutions – II. Enterprise and III. Adaptability.
The aim of the project will be to evaluate effects of active employment policy on the behaviour of the employer institutions, especially in their relation to the growth of employment, adaptability and flexibility of work force as well as employer institutions and their economic development.
